“Accidents, too, and loss of life are possible at sea, and I have always felt that a body washed ashore in good clothes, would receive more respect and kinder care than if dressed in those only fit for the rag bag” Catherine Reid Ledoux, Ocean Notes for Ladies, 1877.
“In the case of Titanic, the unlikely happened.” The Shipbuilder, May 1912.

Roger graduated from Montclair State University with a degree in Illustration. After which he continued to study privately with famed artist Michael Aviano, as well as at Academy duCret.  He then went on to apprentice with Timothy Jahn at Jahn Studios.  He is currently an apprentice at Ani Art Academy Waichulis in Pennsylvania.  His highly sought after works have been exhibited at numerous galleries and have received national recognition, most notably his awards with the Allied Artist of America and The Art Renewal Center.  In 2012, his drawing, Justin’s Muse received first place in the Art Renewal Center’s International Salon competition.
